Du received a Ph.D. degree in engineering science and mechanics from the
Pennsylvania State University in 2001, an M.S. degree in mathematics from
the Purdue University in 1997, M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1995
and 1992 respectively.
He was a research assistant in the Center for the Engineering of Electronic and Acoustic Materials and Devices (CEEAM) at Penn State, performing theoretical and experimental studies on characterization of materials with complex constitutive property or non-planar shape. He is now a postdoctoral fellow in the electromagnetic
communication laboratory, developing algorithms for simulations of conformal antennas and microwave circuits. |
